VisumCx was founded by Carlos Hidalgo a 25-year business veteran, CEO and expert in marketing & sales growth strategies. 

Carlos has vast experience in both leading organizations and collaborating with executives and their teams on growth strategies, organizational challenges, and corporate change management.

Growth Advisory Services

  • Leadership Development & Coaching: There is a fundamental difference in being a boss and being a leader.  We work with individual executives to help identify their strengths and weaknesses in leadership and coach them along the way so they can be better leaders and grow as executives.

  • Establishing Work-Life Boundaries: It is easy to allow work to creep in and dominate our lives. There always seems like there are not enough hours in the day to complete all that is before us. However, executives cannot continually work and expect to deliver excellence.  We work with our individual clients to help them establish work-life boundaries so they can give the best of themselves to their personal and work lives
